Because Construction must be done properly, renovation of a building, house from exterior to interior can be costly, the most important thing is to try to get the most accurate estimate utilizing the proper and adequate material to do the job right.

The philosophy I have adopted is quality vs. mediocrity and short cut, giving my client an honest understanding of the work process that will be durable for years to come. Saving money in the long term is the idea rather than redoing 2 or 3 times the same job.

From general construction, repair or renovation to a modest approach of interior decoration or more complex architectural design, my long-time friend Maximin Lida and his wife Architect Patricia Vasquez will advise me on artistic and decorative projects.
